our history

Frustrated by traditional recruitment models, Andrew and Dav, two ambitious recruiters set out to create a more agile, more personal, service that was better aligned with the pace of venture-backed growth. With a clear drive to help early-stage tech founders find the talent they need to scale, they launched Zanda in 2019. Since then, we've scaled our fully remote search team, enabling us to serve the market across multiple countries worldwide. We're united by our commitment to deliver high-impact finance hires with speed, precision, and purpose and we’re always open to hearing from passionate individuals who want to help shape what’s next for Zanda.
